A favorite dish of South Vietnam, these sizzling crepes are aptly named for the sound the batter makes when it touches the skillet. Learn how to make these delightful golden crepes --
• rich and fragrant from coconut milk and turmeric
• filled with shrimp, pork, and bean sprouts
• wrapped in lettuce and herbs
• dipped in a lime and garlic sauce
You will have great fun learning how to make, plate, and eat them!
