Cooking Class: Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

I will show how to make these scrumptious treats, just in time for Mother’s Day!

Time: 12:00 P.M. – approximately 1:30 P.M.

Location: Central Coast Cooks, 5735 El Camino Real, Space Q (in the Virginia Plaza, half block north of The Carlton Hotel)

Cost: $20.00/Person

You will learn techniques on mixing three types of chocolate

and work with six toppings to create delectable “works of art.”

Each student will take home six beautifully designed chocolate dipped strawberries.
