Vietnamese Spring Rolls

shrimp, pork, rice vermicelli, lettuce, cilantro, Thai basil, and mint, wrapped in rice paper, served with hoisin-peanut sauce

Vegetarian Autumn Rolls

baked tofu, lettuce, butternut squash, shiitake mushrooms, daikon, apple, green tea noodles, scallions, seaweed flakes, black sesame seeds, rice paper wrap, with plum-sake sauce


Vietnamese Chicken Salad

poached chicken, assorted seasonal vegetables (shredded), cilantro, garnished with roasted chopped peanuts, served with lime-garlic dressing

Triple Cabbage Salad

napa cabbage, purple cabbage, baby bok choy, romaine lettuce, carrots, cilantro, green onion, garnished with mint & roasted chopped peanuts, served with peanut-honey-ginger dressing

Soba Noodle Salad

baked tofu, soba noodles, edamame, sugar snap peas, red bellpepper, pickled cabbages, enoki mushrooms, lotus root, scallions, garnished with black sesame seeds, served with peanut-honey-ginger dressing


Vietnamese Beef Stew (Bo Kho)

beef, carrots, tomatoes, onions, lemongrass, ginger, star anise, five-spice powder, garnished with cilantro and squeeze of lime juice

Chicken Soup with Sweet Potatoes

chicken, sweet potatoes, green beans, onions, coconut milk, lemongrass, turmeric, garnished with cilantro and squeeze of lime juice

I will be in the kitchen on Monday, 12/15. I plan on making the chicken soup with sweet potatoes, the triple cabbage salad (with chicken), and the vegetarian autumn rolls. The items listed in my menu are items I've made since I started cooking at the kitchen. I will add new items to my menu periodically.
